Payment Information
- In case of not present o cancellation In accordance with policy, an automatic charge or refund will be made, depending on the case, to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Upon check-in, entry, guests are required to present a photo ID and thecredit cardused for full payment or as a guarantee for the reservation.
- By making a reservation, you agree that the transaction fees and associated service fees are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these fees will not be refunded as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
- Partial payment reservations: The advance payment will not be refundable.
- Full payment reservations: In case of cancellation, and being on time to cancel without penalty according to the policies, only the corresponding percentage will be refunded after deducting the transaction costs and the reservation costs.
