General Policies


(1) Cancellations:

  • The period to cancel without penalty begins at the beginning of the check-in day. For example, if check-in is January 1st and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days prior, cancellation must be made before 11:59 PM on December 29th.
  • Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

(2) Early departure or no-show:

  • Early departure or no-show will result in cancellation and a 100% penalty.

(3) Reservation Modification:

  • "Non-Refundable" Reservations do not allow date or name changes.

(4) Refunds:

  • Refunds will not be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
  • For flexible reservations with full or partial refunds, cancellations will be processed within 10 business days of the corresponding request and confirmation.

  • Extensions of stay require a new reservation.
  • All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking, otherwise additional costs may be generated at the time of check-in.
  • Availability of accommodation at the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
  • Guests under 18 years of age can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
  • The price does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidental charges (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls, etc.) or regulatory surcharges. These rates, fees and surcharges will be assessed by the hotel upon check-out.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY

  • Natural disaster:
  • Refund certificate valid for unused nights within 1 calendar year.
  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Subject to availability and restrictions.
  • Natural disaster alert:
  • There is no penalty for changing dates within 72 hours of the alert.
  • No-show:
  • There is no penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after the hotel is back to normal.
  • Early check-out:
  • Early check-out without penalties, receiving a certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
  • Rescheduling:
  • Original rate guarantee for travel within 1 year of the original date.
  • Must reschedule within 30 days of natural disaster, seasonal restrictions apply.
  • Policy Changes:
  • Policy is subject to change without notice.
